Geoff Pallett

Geoff knows homes top to bottom and inside out! He grew up with a love of carpentry, and built his first home as a young man. He subsequently obtained his Journeyman Carpentry designation, and went on to become a general contractor. In 1978, when he and his wife Susan first came to Alberta, he built their first home without the benefit of power tools, as their Hunter's Hill lot did not yet have power. He even hoisted the main beam by himself! This home, and the others he built, remain solid and sturdy to this day. With his lifelong interest in houses, real estate was a natural career transition so many years ago.

Joch Hess

Joch (pronounced Josh) is an experienced, independent, licensed real estate professional who has worked with The Geoff Pallett Team and Re/Max Elite since 2003. He provides a full service to Buyers and Sellers in both rural and urban settings. In addition to his Real Estate training, Joch holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Business from the University of Alberta. He grew up on a farm near Mannville where he and his family raised Shorthorn cattle, and is fully familiar with the joys and challenges of country living. Joch works in the Mannville and Vermilion  on a regular basis, as well as in the greater Edmonton region. He is one of the top performing team members at Re/Max Elite.

 Our Support Team

We have a second-to-none support team working in the background, attending to the numerous details that allow our Agents to concentrate on you, the customer.

Doreen Skeates joined our Team in July 2010. Her previous experience includes 30 years in the field of Property Management in Fort McMurray and a Business Diploma from Reeves College in Lloydminster.

Susan Cornell is an experienced Real Estate Assistant. She has worked as Geoff's assistant since 1997. Her previous experience includes 18 years in the field of Human Resource Management. She has a Masters degree in Social Work and is Geoff's wife of many years.

For other important background functions such as reception, messaging, and conveyancing we rely upon the experienced support staff of RE/MAX Elite. Our office is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, a city in the heart of Alberta agriculture and oil country.
