When you sign an Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement with any member of
The Geoff Pallett Team, we become an active partner in your search for a new property.

We Provide the Following Service:

   1. Co-operation with your Mortgage Broker from whom you will need pre-approval of financing.
   2. Assistance in your search for suitable properties within your pre-approved budget.
   3. Assistance preparing a list of properties you wish to view on your Viewing Trip.
   4. Contact with the listing Realtors of all the properties you plan to view to ensure these properties are still available.
   5. Appointments arranged to view each property on your Viewing Trip.
   6. A Realtor to accompany you to each property so you don't have to be alone with strangers in a strange home.
   7. Knowledge of the strengths of each property and areas that should be investigated further.
   8. A knowledgeable professional negotiator working for you.
   9. Knowledge of the Conditions that should be written into a Purchase Contract.
10. A clear explanation of all the contracts you sign.
11. The protection afforded by the legal obligations that bind all Realtors.
12. You don't pay a thing. The Buyer's Agent is paid by agreement with the Listing Realtor.
